Hemos demostrado que NK y linfocitos B expresan y secretan alfa-1 antitripsina

Hemos descubierto un grupo de miARN que podrían usarse para el diagnóstico y pronóstico de la deficiencia de alfa-1 antitripsina. Actualmente estamos validando estos resultados utilizando una cohorte externa

Se ha puesto en marcha un nuevo método basado en marcadores de estrés oxidativo para identificar a los pacientes con discinesia ciliar primaria

Hemos configurado el método de video de alta velocidad para identificar pacientes con discinesia ciliar primaria

Hemos demostrado que la hipoxia modifica la desgranulación de los neutrófilos y aumenta el daño oxidativo en pacientes con deficiencia de alfa-1 antitripsina
